Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Ensure content (text, images, videos) does not violate laws or copyrights
- Review work and provide feedback within agreed timelines
- Make payments as agreed
Delays caused by missing inputs or approvals may impact timelines.
Payments & Fees
- All prices are communicated before work begins
- Payments may be one-time, milestone-based, or recurring
- Advance payment may be required
- Fees are non-refundable once work has started unless stated otherwise
Late or non-payment may result in service suspension or termination.
ntellectual Property Rights
Our Rights
- All strategies, designs, code frameworks, tools, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of WalkDigitally until full payment is received
Client Rights
- Upon full payment, the client receives rights to final approved deliverables
- WalkDigitally reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed
Revisions & Modifications
- Revisions are limited as per the agreed package or proposal
- Additional changes outside scope may be chargeable
- Major scope changes require a revised agreement or quote
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
