Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellation
- Clients may request cancellation by sending a written request via email
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before work begins to be eligible for consideration
- Once work has started, cancellation does not guarantee a refund
- Ongoing or subscription-based services will be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle
Company-Initiated Cancellation
WalkDigitally reserves the right to cancel services if:
- Payments are delayed or not received
- The client violates our Terms of Agreement
- Illegal, unethical, or harmful activities are identified
In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Refund Policy
General Refund Rule
Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases)
Refunds may be considered only if:
- A duplicate or incorrect payment was made
- Service has not started
- Refund request is submitted within 3–5 business days of payment
All refund approvals are at the sole discretion of WalkDigitally.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
- Domain registration, renewal, or transfer fees
- Web hosting fees (monthly, yearly, or multi-year plans)
- Advertising budgets spent on Google, Meta, or other platforms
- Third-party software, tools, or licenses
- Completed or partially completed projects
- Consultation, audits, or strategy sessions
Client Delays & Non-Responsiveness
No refunds will be provided if:
- Project delays are caused by late content, approvals, or inputs from the client
- The client becomes non-responsive after project initiation
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- Clients are encouraged to contact us before raising a chargeback
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate service suspension
- WalkDigitally reserves the right to dispute chargebacks legally if necessary
Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Transaction or gateway fees may be deducted if applicable
